How to Post Reviews on Social

Imagine someone left you the best review you have ever received. It praises you and your staff, doesn't have any typos, and is exactly how you want potential patients to see. But wait. The reviewer decided not to share their feedback online. Never fear, you can share reviews from your Business Center on social media without violating the trust or privacy of someone who decided to not share their feedback.

On your website, your My Listing AKA, your "Review Us" button has a disclaimer near the submit button that reads "Note: Your review may be shared publicly."

With this warning, you are free to use the Business Center to share that patient's feedback.

1.Log on to the Business Center.  You can access the Business Center via this link: https://login.ptperformancewebsites.com  or by typing /businesscenter at the end of your website URL. For example, if your website is rehabmma.com you would type in rehabmma.com/businesscenter.  Please note this only applies if you had your website created by us and that site is now live.  If you do not know your username and password, contact tory@practice-promotions.com

2. Once you are logged in, click on My Products then Reputation Management.

3. Next, click on Reviews.

3. Next, select the review you would like to share on social. For our example, I've selected Lauren's review. In the bottom left hand corner of the review, click on the white down arrow and click on Share on Social.

4. After clicking Share on Social, you will be re-directed to the Social Marketing product. Once there, click on the pencil icon in the bottom right hand corner.

5. After click on the pencil icon, a window will pop up with pre-written post with a link to the review you chose to share. I highly recommend changing the stock copy that reads "5 star Google Maps review of our business" (Source will vary according to where the review was left). You can change the copy by deleting or adding to it by typing in the Compose box. Use language that encourages users to click on the review something like "See what patients are saying right now about (Your Practice Name) Physical Therapy" or "Success stories like these are why we love our job" or "Learn how we helped Patient Name achieve greater mobility." After changing the text, you can post the review by selecting "Post Now."
