How do I log into my WordPress website?
Logging into your WordPress website is easy. Simply enter your domain name into your browser and add “/admin” or “wp-login” to the end of the URL. For example, https://www.physicaltherapy.com/admin. This will bring you to a login screen where you will need to enter your WordPress username and password. Your website account manager will have this information if you do not have it on hand.
How do I navigate the admin of my website?
Once you are logged into your website, you will be taken to the “dashboard” of the site where you can make necessary edits using the different “post-types” (see paragraph on post-types). If you want to get back to the front-end of your website, you can click on the website name in the upper left corner. This button will allow you to easily toggle back and forth between the front-end and back-end of your website.
What are post-types?
The post-type menu in your WordPress dashboard contains all the pages and content for your website. Consider it like your WordPress library. From this library, you can select “Posts, “Our Staff”, “Media Library”, etc.
