Using brands for multiple locations

Manage all locations with Brand Analytics

If you have multiple practice locations, you can manage your whole company, and the individual locations by clicking on Brands in the left sidebar. This will be setup for you if you have multiple locations to manage. The brands area allows you to analyze reports and information about reviews, listings and send out social postings from one convenient area. You can easily switch to different locations from the pop up window after clicking brands, or get to a variety of different features by selecting the drop down menu next to the location.

 

The Brand Analytics center

In the brand analytics center you will have access to 3 main tabs:

  • Reviews
  • Listings
  • Social

Reviews - This allows you to drill down to each location's reviews, both positive and negative

Listings - This shows you the performance of listings for each location

Social - Allows you to post for all your social accounts across multiple locations, or only to specific locations (for example with promoting events)

 

What is in a brand report?

The brand report gives you an overview of each location review ratings, recent positive and negative reviews, listing score, and access to posting company wide on social.

 

How to switch locations

On the left sidebar, under the address, simply click on switch location. Then click from the pop up window which location you wish to select. You can also choose from this location menu on the drop down blue box, quick access to the business profile for that location or the social center.

 

 

You need to make adjustments to the business profile of a particular location or send out reviews, you will do so from each location business center page.

 

 

How to compose a social post for all locations

It is easy to manage multiple location social accounts all from one place in your social media marketing center. You can easily post out to all location accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn from one central location. 

To create a social post:

  1. Click on brands
  2. From the blue drop down button next to the practice name, select compose a post
  3. You will now be under the social tab of the brand analytics center
  4. Select all the locations or specific ones you want to target with your social post
  5. Select the social accounts you wish to post on
  6. You can schedule the post or click on post to send out immediately
  7. On you post you can create a shortened link to post or upload image.
  8. Simply link to videos you post on youtube

 

 

How to view your brand report

You can view your brand report by clicking on brands in the left sidebar, then clicking on the blue drop down box on the right of the company. Click on view report. This will take you to the brand analytics center.

Reviews:

In the overview tab click on the date in below to specify a date range for your reviews, such as month-to-date, or a specific week.

 

 

 

Review details

Drill down and see reviews by the week, month-to-date and more for your practice. See how each location is doing in comparison to others with the reviews generated. The system will also bring in historical data from reviews generated before starting with the business center reputation management system.

How to view different dates:

  1. On the top right of the bar graph, toggle between daily | weekly | monthly, to view different date ranges.
  2. Examine specific reviews left by clicking on the blue date range in the middle of the page under browse reviews. Then select the date range you wish to examine.
